Introduction

In 1996 Nicole Hage graduated at the University of Twente as a master of science at Industrial Engineering and Management. Successively she worked as a production manager, project manager, consultant, change manager, independent interim manager and coach. In January 2006 Nicole founded 'Bewustzijn in Bedrijf'.

Nicole: “Even before I travelled to Australia and New Zealand with my family in the fall of 2005, I had made up my mind. I was anxious to start my own company. Since I started I executed very different and very exciting assignments. My passion is, while working together with other people, to create something special in an organization. I enjoy the realization of good results and the enthusiasm that radiates from the people”
